New GuideYourGuest interface: a guest guide redesigned for mobile

The July 2026 redesign makes the guest guide clearer on mobile and brings together automatic translation, Google Places recommendations and an interactive map.

GuideYourGuest released a new guest guide interface in July 2026. The guest gesture remains unchanged: a QR code or link still opens the guide in the browser, with no app to install. The redesign makes stay information, services and recommendations easier to browse on mobile.

A more direct mobile-first journey

Stay content is organised around concrete guest questions: arrival, Wi-Fi, hours, contact, dining, services and local recommendations. The interface adapts to phones, tablets and desktop while preserving the property’s identity.

Automatic translation stays in the same journey

Content can be translated automatically in more than 100 languages and adapts to the guest’s language. The property keeps managing its information from one back office instead of maintaining a separate guide for every audience.

Google Places powers local recommendations

From the “Around you” module, the team searches for a restaurant, attraction, shop or useful venue in Google Places. GuideYourGuest imports its information and images automatically, then displays the recommendation on the guest guide map.

What does not change

  • The essential guest guide remains free, with no credit card and no time limit.
  • The public link and QR codes stay the same when content changes.
  • Guests install no application.
