General conditions of use

1. Legal information
This document defines the general conditions of use of the service provided by Louis Rocher, self-employed entrepreneur registered under SIRET number 81756545000027, whose head office is located at 25 route de Mageux, Chambéon, 42110, France. The service offered, guideyourguest, allows accommodation companies to generate digital support for their customers. Contact: louis.rocher@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
The purpose of these T Cs is to define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered by guideyourguest, including the generation of digital media for accommodation companies intended for their customers. The service is intended for businesses, although the end users are individuals using the media.
3. Description of services
guideyourguest is organised in three plans. The Booklet plan is free, with no credit card and no time limit: it gives access to the property’s digital guest guide, its public link and its QR codes. The guide served on this plan carries a “Créé avec guideyourguest” line at the foot of the page, linking to the publisher’s website. That line is the counterpart of the free plan: it applies to every free account and cannot be removed from the back-office.
The Site plan adds the property’s official website and the advanced modules, and removes that line: the guide and the website are then white labelled. The Direct plan adds the direct booking engine, with no guideyourguest commission. Moving from one plan to another applies or removes the line accordingly.
4. Conditions of registration and use
Registration on the platform is mandatory and requires only the user s name and email address. The user must then search for and select their establishment. The user must be the owner or have the necessary rights to manage the chosen establishment. Any failure to comply with this rule may result in suspension or banning of access to the platform.
Users must refrain from posting content of a sexual, racist, or discriminatory nature. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate account deletion without the possibility of re-registration.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the guideyourguest platform, including software, interfaces, logos, graphics and content, are protected by current intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of guideyourguest. The data entered by users remains the property of the application, although the user can modify or delete them at any time.
6. Collection and use of data
guideyourguest collects personal data (name, email) strictly necessary for the creation of user accounts. This data is only used for this purpose and will not be resold or shared with third parties under any circumstances. Users can request the deletion of their account and data at any time. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
7. Liability
guideyourguest strives to ensure the proper functioning of its services, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions, technical errors or loss of data. The user acknowledges using the services at his own risk.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
guideyourguest reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of a violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior. Re-registration may be refused in certain cases.
9. Modification of the terms and of the service
guideyourguest reserves the right to modify or interrupt its services at any time to improve the offer or for technical reasons. In the event of interruption of paid services, the user retains access to the features until the end of their commitment period, but no refund will be made.
These Terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this page, whose last update date appears at the top. Any amendment applies to every account, including those opened before it was published. A user who does not accept the new version may request the deletion of their account under the conditions of article 6.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These T Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Saint-Étienne, France.
